BLOODY GOOD WEATHER

Spring and summer are great as long as one doesn't suffer from allergies. I am stuffed up and it's snot funny.
The dairy farmer who cuts our grass and his cohorts were out all day and all night getting the crop in. I jest you not. The tractors were still flying up and down the road at 4.00am. They work so hard and we take a pint of milk so much for granted.
Fresh cream for our strawberries, yogurt, custard, cheese, hot chocolate on winter nights. Where would we be without them?
And I have never seen driving skills quite like it. RS is a big show off. He backed up a tractor and cutter thing and engaged a trailer without getting out to hitch it up. I was gobsmacked. And when did tractors become racing machines? Unless I have lost the plot they were going at speed. They are state of the art equipment nowadays. My 7 year old Skoda pales in comparison.
I will have to have a nap on Sunday afternoon. Watching men at work all day and night is taxing. And the vibrations of the machinery could be felt 2 miles away.
How bloody wonderful?
