CRISIS IN THE MIDDLE EAST

Anyone with a titter of wit must agree that going to war with Iraq was a monumental disaster brought about by George W Bush and Tony Blair and the corporate puppeteers pulling their strings.
The Middle East region is in crisis and turmoil yet again and death stalks the streets in Libya.
Andrew Marr interviewed Peter Mandelson on Sunday and asked him outright if the release of Abdul Baset al Megrahi (the Lockerbie bomber) had anything to do with a multi-billion pound deal sanctioned by Gaddafi allowing BP rights to Libya’s rich oil reserves. Andrew pointed out that it is difficult to believe the two incidents are unconnected. The man who has weathered scandal after scandal and ended up a Lord said he absolutely denied the two were related.
If any of you have studied the psychology of tell-tale signs when someone is telling a lie you will have detected the body language that gave the game away.
Tony Blair is referred to as a family friend by the Gaddafi regime. Blair visited Gaddafi on a number of occasions, apparently in the company of BP executives. He has been in contact with the Gaddafi’s throughout the current unrest. Is that to calm the situation or to protect the interests of the oil company?
Blair lied about the weapons of mass destruction Iran had. British troops have lost their lives because of that lie and their families are left bereft and shattered.
The cost of crude oil has shot up from less than $40 a barrel to over $100 a barrel and is set to hike again and again. The knock on affect is the cost of fuel at the pumps which government gets a good whack off. Food prices are spiralling out of the reach of many people. I doubt very much if the Blair’s have any worries about the cost of living.
Peter Mandelson refers to himself as “The Third Man” in his book which he took every opportunity to promote on Andrew’s live show. Guess he is more interested in selling that than telling the true story of what goes on behind the closed doors of the old boy network that is called government. I do not agree with many of the things David Cameron is doing but I believe he is trying to clean up a terrible mess left by the Blair administration. In my opinion cracks are already forming though. Not least their feeble attempts to get British people out of Libya. And one has to ask why BP hasn’t made more of an effort to rescue their workers stranded in the middle of a country in the throes of civil war. You are a disgrace to humanity and the environment and should hang your heads in shame.
