Chiropractic Healing

Those who know me well have first-hand knowledge of the damage I have inflicted on my body over the years. It hasn't always been my fault. Even so I have reached the point of chronic pain and I decided I should do something about it.
I went to see Dr Scott White. I had all these preconceptions about what chiropractic care is. I thought it was all about massage and manipulation of the skelpingly painful joints. I got the surprise of my life.
Scott is a revelation in healing therapy. I was gob smacked. Still am in fact. He understands the whole body and mind. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that someone so perceptive was living and working right on my doorstep.
I told Scott and his lovely wife Cynthia that I wished I'd had the sense to come and see them earlier before things got really bad. It turns out that timing is part of the grand scheme of things and our essence, if you will, is linked to seeking help when we most need it. Scott is tuned into the universe and its infinite possibilities and I agree that we find what we need in a timely fashion. It is refreshing and rejuvenating to find like minded people who care about the health and welfare of others.
Scott tapped into my nervous system and I can't tell you what a difference it has made even after one consultation. I have hope for the future for the first time in many a year.
I never expected a quick fix but I have to say that I came away on a cloud. It was weird. There is no doubt about it. I have had some awful invasive procedures over the years, which I believe I did not require. Modern medicine is what it is. Many people benefit from drugs and interventions but many others don't.
Alternative therapy is a whole different kettle of fish. It deals with the real live person who is scared and vulnerable, not a number on a wrist band. Scott spent well over an hour with me. My GP, much as I respect and admire him, only has 10 minutes to spend with each patient. Something needs to change within the NHS. Let’s start thinking out of the box and get back to basic care. Most GP’s would embrace alternative options for their patients but are tied to a regime not of their choosing. Times are a changing though. We are revisiting the old remedies and realising that drug companies don't necessarily have our best interests at heart. Making money out of pain and suffering is a multi-billion dollar business. Pity the person is not considered first and put foremost.
Scott White has helped people who the NHS system wrote off as lost causes.
I foresee a new me in the near future. OMGoodness. Is that wise Scott? Let’s face it. I was one groan and moan away from getting barred from your clinic. I am bad to the bone.
I urge anyone in pain and distress to see these wonderful caring people. Cynthia bakes scones for clients on Thursday's and tea, coffee and biscuits and cold water are on tap all the time. I wish I could bake cheese scones. I've tried but they turn out as rock cakes. I make a damn good steak n stout stew though. The recipe is en route honey bunny.
I can't wait for my next session. I never, ever, said that about a hospital appointment. The husband is so impressed by my smiley face and the walking on air thing that he is going to book an appointment. He is in bad need of some nerve damage repair. Scott and Cynthia White are beside Mathewson’s chemist and they have a free wellbeing session every other Monday evening with tea and biscuits on the house as usual. See you there. We're worth it.
And if you want another treat why not go and get Cynthia to give you an Indian Head Massage or a makeover. I am going to give it a go though CS has her work cut out for her.
And Tanya is a wee sweetheart. They are all such fantastic people, dedicated to helping others and making us feel special. If only we could bottle that.
